Here are all the particulars…

For those of you who attended our 60^th year old class “Birthday Party” in 2005 and 45^th Class Reunion in 2008…we hope this party will be a repeat event.  The positive feedback and overwhelming request to do it again has prompted us to plan our upcoming 65^th Birthday/Social Security Party.

Vessels Club has a dress code:

·        Men need a collared shirt
·        Dress jeans are acceptable for ladies
o       Please refer any questions regarding dress code to Vessels Club (714 820-2676)

·        Buffet (Tri Tip and Chicken main entrees)

Please note:  Prior to being able to get the enclosed info out to all of you, I’ve had a tremendous amount of interest in the upcoming reunion and genuine concern for the uniqueness of our class and the need to continue to have these reunions.  Unlike some classes, our class has been having successful reunions every five years since graduation…that tells a lot about us.  Our 60^th birthday party had 125 attending, our 45^th Class Reunion was sold out…so I can only expect we are in for another great evening together.  With that said, coupled with the banquet room having a maximum, the sooner you RSVP gets in, the better.  We certainly don’t want to turn anyone away.  Help us out by cutting down organizational/Admin costs and respond ASAP.

I really appreciate you emailing me or sending back the enclosed personal info form, (regardless if you plan to attend this reunion or not).  With retirements, resident moves  and frequent change of email carriers, it’s our only way to keep our database somewhat current and our class together.  I’d like to bring your attention to registering on our Jordan Website too…Jordanpanthers.com and the need to keep this site as well as myself updated on any personal contact changes.

Hotel Information

The Courtyard by Marriott Cypress is less than a mile away from event, 5865 Katella Ave., Phone # 714 827-1010.  The rooms are priced fairly and a block of rooms will be reserved after the first of the year on a first come, first serve basis.  The great thing is that the hotel is not only in close proximity to party, but El Torito Restaurant shares the same parking lot as hotel and will accommodate any post party plans that we may desire.
